Refund policy

Return Timelines and Shipping

We ask that the customer takes care of the shipping for the return, and recommend using a tracked service (please send us the tracking info). 

Products being returned or exchanged must be back in Coeurmandie possession within 14 days from delivery of the product, per the documented fulfillment date.

Items must have original tags and must be unused, i.e. not ridden in with original tags and packaging. 

Notification

Please notify us by email at info@rcoeurmandie.co of the return within 3 business days of receiving your item. Return requests made outside of email will not be processed. You can expect credits, refunds or exchanges within 5 days of our receiving your return. Refunds are to the same form of payment originally used for the purchase. No returns or exchanges received back in inventory after 14 days will be accepted.

Please notify us within 3 days if a package is received damaged. Beyond 3 days, we are unable to file a damage claim and refunds and exchanges for damaged items will not be offered outside of that window.

Please contact us with your order number and which items you wish to return prior to returning. Information regarding return address will be provided with return instructions. RETURNS SENT WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
