Shipping
Shipping is via the most advantageous shipping service possible for the order type, i.e. UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
Packages are shipped with standard insurance ($100) and without signature required unless additional insurance or signature is requested and paid for.
If a product is in stock, we aim to ship within 5 business days.
We cannot ship to PO Boxes. Billing can be a PO Box but not shipping.
Please notify us within 3 days if a package is received damaged. Beyond 3 days, we are unable to file a damage claim and refunds and exchanges for damaged items will not be offered outside of that window.
We are not responsible for stolen packages.
In the event of a return, return shipping is at the buyer's expense.
Non-delivery
Shipment Delivered emails are automatically sent when delivery occurs. If you receive a delivery notification and have not received your shipment, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your notification. We are not responsible for lost packages but will do our best to help resolve the situation when notified within the 2 day window. Beyond the 3 day window, we are unfortunately unable to help.
